We want you to love your Blanc Lune jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

• Returns Center: Start your return or exchange online.

• Processing: Once received, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Exclusions: Custom and final sale items are not eligible for return.

We at Blanc Lune, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason it’s not the perfect fit, we gladly accept returns on most unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Returns postmarked after 14 days (but within 30 days) are eligible for store credit.

• Returns postmarked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense.

• Please allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed once received.

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@blanclune.com. A representative will respond within 1–2 business days. Kindly ensure your item is securely packaged in a sturdy box. Items returned in envelopes or without adequate protection may be denied if damaged in transit.
